Mattie Direct Coloring Cream (Violet Purple) is a semi permanent hair coloring cream without ammonia. Mattie semi-permanent hair dye is available in 25 different colors, which perfectly responds to the latest trends.
Mattie Direct Coloring Cream Semi-Permanent remains visible for up to 14 washes. It is ready to use, DO NOT mix it with peroxide.
The colors are intensely opaque, of high quality. Applying the coloring cream to dry hair increases the color intensity.
This blend of high-quality ingredients restores damaged hair and gives it a beautiful shine. By the way, the formula of the hair dye does not contain any ammonia or peroxide. In addition, all Mattie products are cruelty-free & vegan.

1) Shipping destinations
We ship from the Netherlands to the destinations shown at checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we do not offer delivery to that location at that time.
2) Processing & dispatch
After payment confirmation (and any necessary fraud checks), we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on order volume, weekends/public holidays, and stock availability.
3) Tracking & carriers
We use DHL and/or FedEx (or comparable local partners). Delivery attempts and pick-up procedures vary by country and carrier. If delivery fails, the carrier may attempt redelivery and/or route the parcel to a local pick-up point according to the carrier’s policy.
4) Delivery times & delays
Delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, peak periods, weather, or customs clearance. If no specific delivery time has been agreed, delivery will generally take place within a reasonable period (commonly within 30 days).

6) Incorrect address / unclaimed parcels
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, we may refund the order minus shipping and return-to-sender costs (where applicable), or reship at your cost.
7) Risk of loss/damage
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
8) Missing or damaged deliveries
If your tracking shows an issue (delayed, delivered but not received, or damaged), contact us at info@mattiepro.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a suitable solution.
