Internship: Social Media & Content Creator (Mattie Professional)

We’re growing fast across Europe and expanding internationally — which means content is everything. Not “pretty posts”, but content that makes people stop scrolling, trust the brand, and hit add to cart.

What you’ll do
As our Social Media Intern, you’ll work closely with the founders and take real ownership. You’ll help shape how Mattie looks, sounds, and performs on social — across:
- Instagram & TikTok: reels, stories, hooks, trends, edits
- Pinterest: moodboards, product-focused pins, SEO-style creative
- UGC & Creatives: briefs for creators, ad-style content, before/after-friendly formats
- Influencer & collab outreach: finding creators, DM/email outreach, collab concepts
- Content planning: weekly calendars, posting rhythm, testing what works
You’ll learn what actually drives growth: creative testing, retention hooks, and building a brand people trust.
Is this you?
- You’re genuinely into beauty / hair / trends
- You can design content in Figma or Adobe (Canva is a plus)
- You’re comfortable creating and editing short-form video (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut — doesn’t matter, results do)
- You can write clean captions and hooks in English
- You like ownership, speed, and learning in a real e-commerce environment
